Terms
Last updated: July 4, 2026
These are the terms for using Survive the Minute — the website and the game. By joining the waitlist or playing, you agree to them. We have kept them short and plain.
The game
Survive the Minute is a free game. Once a day, at 11:11, a one-minute round begins and you get one attempt. There is no purchase required to play. If we ever add optional extras, we will describe them clearly at that time.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account. Play fair: do not cheat, automate inputs, tamper with the game or its scoring, or try to disrupt the Minute for other people. We may limit or close an account that does.
Fair play and scoring
Scores are verified from your gameplay traces. We may adjust or remove results we believe were achieved by cheating or by exploiting a bug, so the leaderboard stays honest for everyone.
Our content
The name, art, code, and brand of Survive the Minute are ours. You may share your own results and share cards freely. You may not copy the game or its assets or pass them off as your own.
Availability
We work to keep the game running, but we offer it as-is and cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or pause features to keep the game healthy.
Limitation
To the extent the law allows, Survive the Minute is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the game. Some places do not allow certain limits, in which case only those that are permitted apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date above. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
